WHAT TO EXPECT...
PT sessions are workouts with your trainer present to help you get started, format the session, time your sets and correct your technique for optimum results and reduced risk of injury. Don't expect a drill-sergeant approach (on request) but expect the session to be all about you, so treat your trainer as a guide and not as a headmaster.
Sessions are entirely based against your goals. This can include cardio or resistance, circuits or intervals, aerobics or power, high intensity or steady state, anything and everything.
CAN'T AFFORD A PERSONAL TRAINER?
You can have a bespoke workout plan written just for you do accomplish in your own time.
Have you complimentary consultation, enjoy 1 session to learn each programme, review your progress every 4-6 weeks and have a brand new programme designed for your next cycle.
